NOTE: The conference's official language is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted MS Word according to the following instructions. In addition, all papers should be no less than 8 pages in length and must be written in strict accordance with the format. Shorter papers should not be included in the journal.
By submitting a manuscript to ITEA 2024, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. As a rule of thumb, the submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.

3. Poster
The poster board admits posters of A0 size in portrait format (841mm width x 1189mm height). All display material should be prepared in advance. The head of the poster shall include:
TITLE OF PRESENTATION, NAME OF AUTHOR (s), AFFILIATION
The poster should be easily readable from a distance of ~2 m. Use heavy lettering of at least 18-point or larger. Figures, tables, and photographs should also be easily readable from the same distance. Preferably, the poster should be divided into the following sections:
OVERVIEW SUMMARY/INTRODUCTION/METHOD/RESULTS/CONCLUSION
It is advisable to leave details and explanations for face-to-face discussions. The text of all poster displays must be prepared in English; their presentation should also be in English.
Authors are kindly requested to stand in front of their posters for discussion with interested participants during the relevant poster session, as indicated in the Conference Program. Poster numbers will be placed by the LOC on the poster board before the poster sessions according to the numbering in the Conference Program. Material to stick the posters to the poster boards will be provided by the LOC. The poster presenters are kindly requested to remove the poster from the poster board at the end of the poster session.
